Professors need to learn the difference between students who are in it for the love of the game, and students who take classes only because they need a degree to get a job.
Bonus Points: The degree not even being helpful in a general sense to them.
Double Bonus: The degree requirement being a way for employers to politely discriminate against undesirable minorities.
